Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the specificity of communication for the field of Tourism and Tourism. The course aims to practise specific types of communication and to demonstrate the theoretical principles of communication.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - describe the factors of communication and successfully apply them in concrete communication, - describe the components of communication and successfully apply them in concrete communications, - apply knowledge of other issues in a concrete communication situation, -apply knowledge of intercultural communication in practice, -apply knowledge about arguments in persuasion in practice, - recognise types of manipulation in communication.
