    After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:

    • analyze and interpret various forms and expressions of art and culture within their artistic, historical, and social context and development;
    • apply creative writing skills in the preparation of scripts, dramaturgical or promotional texts, and other literary expressions, taking into account the specifics and needs of the given cultural or artistic context;
    • plan, organize, and manage cultural projects and events;
    • apply theoretical knowledge of dramaturgical principles and possible approaches in specific situations within the field of art and culture;
    • critically assess artistic works and cultural projects, including their impact on society;
    • conduct effective verbal and non-verbal communication within team collaboration and project presentations;
    • utilize an interdisciplinary approach, connecting various artistic and cultural disciplines and leveraging their synergy;
    • navigate issues of cultural policy, funding, and legislation in the field of culture;
    • systematically and effectively engage with the audience, being able to analyze and understand the needs and expectations of different target groups and adapt the dramaturgy, communication, and format of artistic and cultural projects accordingly;
    • use modern technologies and media in the promotion and realization of cultural projects;
    • apply ethical principles in practice, being aware of the existence of ethical dilemmas, social issues, boundaries of correctness, etc.;
    • subject one's own perceptions, procedures, and approaches to continuous revision, being aware of the importance of self-reflection and the need for continuous professional development in the field of culture and art;
    • collaborate within both narrower and broader artistic collectives;
    • apply an international perspective when comparing and evaluating cultural and artistic practices and results across different countries and cultures.
