The text is about some selected questions of school educational inclusion of the pupils with special educational needs, focusing on Roma pupils in Czech primary school system. Many experts from European Union say that Roma pupils are discriminated by state legislative system and by not so good counseling system. There are presented some main research findings, and key recommendations for Czech school system, for teachers and the educational process in the text. The authors also describe the current problem of social exclusion, in which the pupils live, and which determinates the educational process. If we want to reach positive changes in the sphere of education, we should start both with the children and their parents. A lot of them have low qualification, although they could potentially reach the higher one. However, the parents lack the motivators which would sufficiently stimulate them to a life change, to a change of present life style. It is necessary to choose the parents who could become a model for the others, and to offer those parents specific possibilities of employment. It is just them who can be significant stimulators, because they come from the same locality and they are socially the closest to them.
