V tomto článku autoři tematicky navážou na předchozí texty Petra Pospíšila publikované v posledních letech na stránkách tohoto časopisu, které se zaměřovaly na problematiku odpovědnosti za činnost a hospodaření včetně trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob a criminal compliance programů v prostředí územních samosprávných celků a jejich organizací. V nyní předkládaném článku autoři věnují pozornost související problematice whistleblowingu a ochraně oznamovatele a právní úpravě této problematiky, která již nyní určitým subjektům v České republice přináší nové povinnosti, a jejíž dopady budou brzy ještě významnější v souvislosti s očekávaným přijetím českého zákona o ochraně oznamovatele.

In this article, the authors follow up on previous texts by Petr Pospíšil published in recent years on the pages of this magazine, which focused on the issue of responsibility for activity and management, including criminal liability of legal entities and criminal compliance programs in the environment of local self-governing units and their organizations. In the article now presented, the authors pay attention to the related issue of whistleblowing and whistleblower protection and the legal regulation of this issue, which already brings new obligations to certain entities in the Czech Republic, and the effects of which will soon be even more significant in connection with the expected adoption of the Czech law on whistleblower protection.
