N2  - The main idea of this book is to expand the theory, current knowledge, and practice of the Snoezelen concept. The purpose of this collaborative work is to show Snoezelen as a supportive and effective tool in the hands of professionals of the partner helping professions - special education, psychology and occupational therapy. The main objective is to identify similarities and differences in the use of the Snoezelen philosophy and to show the special approach related to the Czech Republic, Poland and Catalonia. On the one hand, the publication is addressed to all those interested in this subject, on the other hand, it fills a gap in the space of academic monographs and handbooks and is aimed at students and academics. The publication is related to the outputs of the Erasmus+ project Support of the Snoezelen concept and its integration into university education 2020-1-CZ01-KA203-078267.
