Způsoby získávání informací v žurnalistické činnosti a ověřování získaných dat. Výběr informací pro žurnalistický článek z hlediska informačního záměru žurnalisty, zvoleného rozsahu a atraktivnosti publikovaného materiálu. Etické principy zpravodajské činnosti.

  • Vymezení žurnalistiky jako užší disciplíny v rámci publicistiky, základní vlastnosti funkčního stylu publicistického mluveného (řečnického) a psaného (žurnalistického).
    Výběr výrazových prostředků žurnalistické publicistiky psané a mluvené.
    Hlavní komunikační funkce žurnalistiky zpravodajské a žurnalistiky analytické.
    Charakteristika jednotlivých novinářských žánrů zpravodajských.
    Charakteristika jednotlivých novinářských žánrů publicistických.
    Etické principy zpravodajské činnosti.
    Z dějin žurnalistiky.
    Jazykové a stylistické předpoklady pro žurnalistickou práci.
