- Course objectives
- A seminar focused on the systematic study and evaluation of the creation of a production under the conditions of a professional theater. The seminar includes professional discussions about the way of working with the text and the creation of the directing concept. This work includes not only the analysis of the text, but also the creation of the dramaturgical-directing concept, the director's thinking about the text, the editing of the text that he consults with the dramaturg, the creation of the basic, so far only theoretical scheme of the production. An inseparable part of the work is also the analysis of the actor's interpretation and other staging components. Participation in the rehearsals of the upcoming production of the given text is a prerequisite.
