Course objectives
Corporate culture and teamwork is conceived as an introduction to the  course of work in  organizations, roles in   team and familiarization with the development cycle of the team, possible conflicts and proposals for their resolution. The structure of the course consists of  theoretical and practical phases. After completing the course, the student will be able to communicate in   team, learn to know the values of corporate culture and possible stages of development of the organization. He/she will also master basic techniques of conflict resolution and working in   team.

  • 1. Organization – phases, types, types, size, organization by industry 2. Leadership – leader, leadership styles, leader vs. manager, mistakes in  leadership, ideal leader 3. Corporate image and identity – culture, how to influence it, culture shock, examples of companies, brand, image, phases of corporate culture, culture by industry 4. Trends – What is in, labour market, politics, PEST, intercultural differences, culture beyond borders 5. Values – morality, values, ethics, etiquette, customs 6. Practical lesson – exercises 7. Team cycle, team types, size, focus groups etc. 8. Role in  team, personality typology in  team 9. Relationships, Cohesion, Synergy, superiority, team communication, meetings, noises 10. Strengths, role in team, risks of heterogeneous teams, team as a puzzle 11. Conflict resolution, feedback 12. Practical lesson – exercises 13. Practical lesson – exercises
