Cultural, economic and social developments in the major civilizations of Europe (Greece, the Balkans, the Apennine Peninsula, Eastern Europe, the Carpathian Basin, Danube, central Europe, the Nordic region) at the end of the Stone Age, the Bronze Age and the Iron Age.
