V tomto semináři se studenti seznámí se základními typy písemností obvyklých v obchodní korespondenci, jakými jsou poptávka, nabídka, objednávka, reklamace, upomínka aj. Posluchači se seznámí také s typy korespondence při vyřizování žádostí a při kontaktu s personálním oddělením. Zaměří se na osvojení terminologie a seznámí se s obvyklou úpravou písemností užívanou v německé obchodní korespondenci. Tento seminář je realizován německy. Sylabus: 1.
