- Interpretation of selected literary terms and concepts. Fundamentals of literary aesthetics. Confirmating and deepening of individual topics through joint reading and interpretation of theoretical texts
- Syllabus
- Literature, the concept and its history; theory of the literary field (Bourdieu). Contexts and conditions for the origin of modern literature modern subjectivity, shaping democracy, freedom of speech, the nation-state, modern university etc.). Specificity and uniqueness of literature, non-transcendent use of words (Sartre); definitions of literariness; literary conventions; aesthetic function, aesthehtical norm and value.
