Syllabus (in Czech)

• Kurz je zaměřen na umění držení hranic pracovníků pomáhajících profesí. Budou v něm představeny základní teorie zvládání obtížných situací a teorie bazálních vývojových potřeb se zaměřením na potřebu limitu. Uvědomění si důležitosti a prospěšnosti hranic, jak pro klienta, tak pro pracovníka a nebezpečí nestanovení hranic, či jejich dogmatické bezohledné vyžadování. V rámci praktických cvičení a analýzy konkrétních situací účastníků budou tyto teoretické koncepty aplikovány do praxe. Termín konání výuky 23. 9. 2022.
