Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem předmětu je seznámit studující se základními znalostmi rodinného práva včetně patologických jevů, které se k problematice váží (kriminalita nezletilých, domácí násilí atp.). Výklad bude zaměřen na otázky postavení rodiny a dětí ve společnosti, právní nástroje ochrany manželství, rodičovství a dětí i s přesahem do jiných složek právního řádu, dále postavení soudu, státních orgánů a nestátních organizací v rodinném právu, jakož i soudní řízení v oblasti rodinného práva.Po absolvování předmětu bude student schopen základní orientace v právní úpravě rodinného práva a porozumí důsledkům, které jsou spojeny s její aplikací v běžném životě.
