- Course objectives
- The course forms the key competences of conceptual scientific expression of the student, the ability to work with professional literature and its interpretation. The aim of the course is to apply the acquired knowledge, skills of acquired research methods and techniques in the processing of a specific problem, drafting a thesis, participating in the analysis and solution of model situations related to the solution of the final thesis. The aim is to elaborate the topic according to the approved assignment, contextualization of the problem, literature research, realization of appropriate analyses, e.g. analysis of the needs of the society and target group.
- Learning outcomes
- Under the guidance of the thesis advisor, the student will demonstrate the ability to:
independent work,
define and structure the topic of the bachelor thesis according to the approved assignment.
work with professional literature and other sources of information (search, classify and generalise information),
analyse and explain the context of the chosen topic,
understand and present the current state of research in the field
conducting a literature search using relevant sources
critically evaluating and synthesizing information obtained from the literature
act in accordance with the ethical principles of scientific/professional work. - Syllabus
