2. E-business and E-commerce
Fundamental conditions of e-business development (legislative, technological, personal, social, etc.). Process definitions of e-business and e-commerce. Online store. Internet marketplace. Member and ownership structures.
3. Business Models
Business models B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to customer). Elements of e-business and e-commerce models. Value chain. Value of products and services in e-business. Virtual value chain. Supply chain and logistics. Supply chain management (SCM).
