- Course objectives
- The course creates basic knowledge prerequisites for understanding the nature of contemporary integration processes and the degrees of their development in the world economy, respectively on individual continents. It introduces students to the motives and theoretical models of integration, as well as to globalization and regional integration processes. Last but not least, it deals with integration tendencies in the history of the Czech state.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be familiar with the development of integrations in all parts of the world and identify their basic differences. She/he will be able to identify the most important integration trends in the world, including specific integration groupings.
