Úroveň - B 2.1 středně pokročilí směřující k úrovni pokročilých (odborný jazyk) Cílem předmětu je prohloubit a rozšířit slovní zásobu v oblasti terminologie CR, aktivní užívání znalostí gramatických struktur, procvičování a rozvíjení dovedností mluvení, poslechu, čtení a psaní v CR na základě autentických písemných materiálů a magnetofonových nahrávek na úrovni B2 (upper-intermediate). Důraz je kladen na přesné zachycení důležitých informací na základě poslechu a konverzační pohotovost při přijímání a vyřizování objednávek zájezdů, při řešení stížností a řešení problémových situací. Důraz se klade na jazykovou přípravu s uvědomělým používáním jazyka z hlediska adekvátnosti situace a řešení problémů v cizím jazyce.
