Course objectives
The main aim of the subject is to explain and to define material, technical and financial solution of crisis events. Attention is paid to humanitarian aid questions.
Syllabus
  • 1. Financial tools used during floods in 2002.
    2. Financing of crisis management in public administration.
    3. Public program for crisis situations.
    4. Public finance information systems.
    5. Budgets of territorial self-governing units.
    6. Legal standards for crisis state financing and land rehabilitation.
    7. Land rehabilitation procedure.
    8. Methods for financing of crisis situations.
    9. System of economic measures for crisis situations.
    10. Specific experience of liquidation and financing of the consequences of crisis situations in municipalities.
