  • 1. Historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, současná koncepce a zaměření ochrany
    obyvatelstva v ČR a EU.
    2. Realizace opatření ochrany obyvatelstva veřejnou správou, podnikatelskými subjekty
    a fyzickými osobami.
    3. Jednotný systém varování a vyrozumění.
    4. Evakuační opatření a postupy při jejich realizaci.
    5. Nouzové přežití (zásobování a ubytování), organizace a poskytování úkrytu v ochranných
    stavbách.
    6. Význam a úloha dekontaminace při RCHBO.
    7. Úloha a postavení sil a prostředků při zabezpečování záchranných prací.
