- Cílem výuky v tomto předmětu je seznámit studenty se základními matematickými algoritmy, které našly využití v praxi, zejména ekonomické. Probíraná látka je procvičována na jednodušších příkladech. Cílem této přípravy je hlubší pochopení probíraných metod, které umožní studentům efektivně využít možnosti výpočetní techniky, jejíž nasazení je u analogických úloh o větším rozsahu nezbytné.

- 1. Linear programming (LP) ? formulation of basics problems of LP and examples, standard form of mathematical models, basic feasible solution, optimal solution.
2. Simplex algorithm.

5. Assignment and Transportation problems.
