Course objectives
The mission of the course Company proceses is to introduce students to issues of process management in managerial praxes and to be prepared for courses specialised for mathematical modeling and process management. Students will be introduced to issues of company structers based on functional and process principles, how to form fractal organisations based on principles of living systems and cybernetics models, they will understand principles of process regulations and processs innovation (Kaizen, Reengineering)
