Course objectives
The aim of the course is to inform the students of the pitfalls of contemporary lifestyle that is characterised mainly by the lack of physical activity, stay in worsened environment and work stress. The students will also be acquainted with diseases of affluence, different possibilities of prevention or suitable methods of rehabilitation and recovery in the frame of spa care.
